I build cloud platforms that don't wake you up at 3am.
Frank Egwu is a Senior DevOps Engineer and Enterprise Cloud Architect with 15+ years turning business requirements into secure, observable, cost-efficient infrastructure across GCP, AWS, Azure and beyond. Trusted by enterprises like Dolby Laboratories, regulated fintech platforms, and high-growth startups.
Architecture is a business decision before it's a technical one.
Most companies are not failing in the cloud because of technology. They are failing because of decisions: wrong architecture, inefficient setups, and zero visibility into cost and performance. That gap is where I work.
Over 15+ years I've moved from Linux and Solaris system administration in Lagos to architecting AI infrastructure for Dolby Laboratories, leading zero-downtime GCP migrations at Andela, and designing regulated fintech platforms in Europe. The thread through all of it: translating what the business needs into platforms that are secure, observable, and cheap to run.
Today I operate on three fronts. I take on enterprise architecture and DevOps contracts directly. I lead Techsense Developers, a Top Rated Plus consulting agency with AWS and Google Cloud accreditations. And I'm building NotJustEvent, an AI-powered event marketplace, as Co-founder and CEO.
I've also completed executive education at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, because infrastructure decisions worth millions deserve an architect who understands the balance sheet they land on.
A track record measured in uptime, not adjectives.

The stack, battle-tested in production.
Tools are interchangeable; judgment about when to use them is not. This is the toolkit I've shipped and operated with, organized the way I think about platforms.
Shipped numbers, not slideware.
Every figure below is from a real engagement, with the platform still running.
Unified observability, alerting and automation at Dolby Laboratories.
Terraform-backed CI/CD modernization at NeroBudget; 50% at Intemic.
Cloud-native design, right-sizing and managed services across AI and startup platforms.
OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog and cloud-native telemetry patterns.
CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation engineered at NVIT.
A standard set in early sysadmin years and held ever since.
Two companies, built and operated.
Architecture credibility is one thing. Carrying P&L responsibility for the platforms you design is another. I do both.

Pipeline complete. Your move.
Have infrastructure that's costing too much, or a platform that needs an architect? Let's fix that.
I take on enterprise architecture engagements, DevOps modernization, AI infrastructure builds and fractional leadership roles. Direct, concise, and proof-backed from the first call.
